American Fork (UTA station) : ウィキペディア英語版
American Fork (UTA station)

American Fork is a commuter rail station in American Fork, Utah, United States served by the ''FrontRunner'', Utah Transit Authority's (UTA) commuter rail train that operates along the Wasatch Front with service from Pleasant View in northern Weber County through Ogden, Davis County, Salt Lake City, and Salt Lake County to Provo in central Utah County. It is part of the ''FrontRunner'' South extension.
==Description==
The station is located at 782 West 200 South and is fairly easily accessed from I-15 by way of the Pioneer Crossing (SR-145/American Fork Main Street) interchange. To reach the station, head west from I-15 on Pioneer Crossing to the first traffic light, then turn left (south) onto South Mill Pond Road (850 East in Lehi) and then right (east) onto 200 South (also signed at this intersection as 7750 North). The station has a free Park and Ride lot with over 550 parking spaces available.〔 Although a large retail development is located to the north, just across I-15 from the station, there is no direct pedestrian access to the shopping center and there are currently no other commercial developments in close proximity either. The station is located within the Quiet Zone, so trains do not routinely sound their horns when approaching public crossings within this corridor.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Front Runner South FAQs )〕 The station opened, along with the rest of the ''FrontRunner'' South, on 10 December 2012〔 and is operated by Utah Transit Authority.
All of UTA's TRAX and ''FrontRunner'' trains and stations, as well as all fixed route buses, are compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act and are therefore accessible to those with disabilities.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Fixed Route Accessibility )〕 Since not all ''FrontRunner'' passenger cars are wheelchair accessible, signage at the stations, on the passenger platforms, and on the passenger cars clearly indicate accessibility options. In addition, each train has one or more Train Hosts available to provide assistance as may be needed, including the placement of ramps for wheelchair boarding.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Riders with Disabilities )〕 In accordance with the Utah Clean Air Act and UTA ordinance, "smoking is prohibited on UTA vehicles as well as UTA bus stops, TRAX stations, and ''FrontRunner'' stations".〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Rider Rules )
